Doo.Ri

This Parsons grad started her sophisticated label in 2001, after working as head designer for Geoffrey Beene. Working in the basement of her parents' dry-cleaning store in New Jersey, she built her little line into a formidable fashion force. She has since won the 2006 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund competition as well as the prestigious Swarovski Perry Ellis Award for Emerging Talent in Womenswear.

Her signature jersey dresses and tops are slouchy draped perfection, and interesting architectural details add a sophisticated touch. Her thoughtful, beautiful clothes don't scream for attention but exude a sense of demure elegance. And many of the pieces are flattering for any age group. I am so excited for these gorgeous looks come fall...

These great looks from spring may still be in stores if you can catch them.... check out jake, some might even be on sale...

racerback!...gorgeous.....showing skin on the back is a sexier and surprising alternative to the plunging neckline
