Christmas in August???

I am all for some good old-fashioned holiday spirit, but I just received a Neiman Marcus catalog that is suspiciously titled 'A Season of Giving.' And displayed among its pages are ornaments, a Santa and stockings. Curious, I looked to the back of the catalog, thinking, "This must be a mistake... This must be from last year..." But alas, I was wrong. They are now promoting Christmas in August. And you thought people who put up their Christmas lights before Thanksgiving were crazy.....
