Emmy Fashion: The Day After

These emmy seductresses turned on the old hollywood glamour with some stunning gowns. Seen: lots of strapless necklines, and nary a necklace. Glittery (and long, like really long) earrings were the jewels of the night. Check out the stunners adorning Ali Larter's ears.

Also in red, were my two favorites for the night, Heidi Klum, in a beautifully draped Dior, and Kate Walsh, looking simply sexy in Pamela Dennis. They both completed the look by pairing their deep crimson gowns with deep crimson lips and old hollywood hair.

But red wasn't the only option for the night. I loved America Ferrera's colbalt blue Monique Lhuillier gown. She always picks the most flattering clothes for her curvy little body. So girls, take notes...

Also in brights: Felicity Huffman, in a daring David Meister, Minnie Driver, looking fab in Donna Karan, Kristen Bell, in a cornflower blue Yigal Azrouel and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, in Narciso Rodriquez.





























Upping the shine quotient of the night were two lovely latinas: Eva Longoria, wearing a short little Kaufman Franco, and Ana Oritz, looking glam in Escada.


















Other fashionistas worth noting: Olivia Wilde, looking heavenly in Zuhair Murad, Ellen Pompeo in a sophisticated Michael Kors, and Marcia Cross, looking fabulous post-baby, in a shimmering Georges Chakra gown.
